This week was dedicated to closing the quality gaps
discovered during last week's architecture review. We significantly
expanded the supplier data pipeline from 43 to 65 validated edges,
added crop-coverage authority contracts, tightened entity and
classification verification, and synchronized all stale cross-references.
The week-end repair set was committed and all five
automated test suites passed at that boundary. Later review reopened
two bounded predictive checks that are repaired and validated at exact
commit 64f2cd4; architecture sign-off remains on hold for
accountable decisions.
Stage 2.6: Conditional Hold — Technical Evidence Complete
The week-end repair candidate was committed and passed all automated
quality checks available at that point. Subsequent independent review
reopened two bounded predictive chronology and seasonal-window checks.
Exact commit 64f2cd4 now passes all five suites and two
attributable technical reviews report zero blockers. Six accountable
decisions remain.

Phase 2 Progress
All five architecture extension stages remain complete. The Stage 2.6
week-end candidate was committed and validated, and post-period review
produced bounded follow-up repairs. Exact-commit technical evidence is
now complete; the hold remains active pending stakeholder decisions.

Key Highlights
Supplier data pipeline expanded from 43 to 65 validated edges.
The external pipeline that connects certification sources to supplier
profiles was significantly strengthened. The v2 candidate now covers
28 authority cases, 25 authority denials, 10 consumer-manifest denials,
and 19 selector denials — ensuring every data path, including
edge cases like missing certifications and conflicting sources, is
explicitly tested.
Crop-coverage authority contracts added.
New contracts define exactly how crop data is scoped to specific
tenants, production geographies, growing seasons, and calendar periods.
This prevents one customer's satellite data from accidentally
influencing another's assessments — a critical requirement
before any predictive features can be admitted.
Entity and classification verification tightened.
The system now requires an explicit, traceable buyer confirmation
before a product classification can be treated as authoritative.
Similarly, merging supplier identities from different data sources
now requires two independent mentions and a documented decision —
preventing accidental duplication or incorrect merges.
Visual documentation synchronized with latest data model.
The Miro board descriptions and system ecosystem documentation were
updated to reflect the expanded 65-edge pipeline, new authority
edges, and execution paths. Stale references to the earlier
43-edge version have been corrected across the repository.
All five automated test suites pass on committed code.
Schema validation (41 schemas, 25 fixtures, 169 negative cases),
import-data checks, supplier-data normalization, logistics verification,
and external-source intelligence all pass. This is the first time the
full suite runs against the committed repair candidate rather than
just the working copy.
Repository anatomy and context logs refreshed.
The repository navigation tree, decision context log, and readiness
disposition were updated to accurately describe the current state of
the project, ensuring any new team member or AI agent can onboard
with correct information.

Current Status
Technical corrective findings PAB-B01 through PAB-B08 are evidence-complete.
PAB-B09 remains open because the required accountable decisions are
not recorded. Exact commit 64f2cd4 passed all five suites
and zero-blocker external and predictive reviews. No runtime or
production claim follows.
Validation coverage has grown significantly.
At the week-end commit, the schema validator checked 41 schemas, 25
registered fixtures, and 169 negative cases (up from 162); the current
follow-up candidate checks 171. External intelligence covers 65 DAG
edges, 145 manifests, 86 Derived Artifact envelopes, 28 authority
cases, 25 authority denials, 19 selector denials, and 93 negative
schema probes. All five suites pass on exact commit 64f2cd4.
The knowledge graph has been refreshed.
After all repairs, the project knowledge graph was rebuilt with
9,299 nodes, 10,631 edges, and 701 communities — giving AI
agents accurate navigation for any future work.
Accountable decisions remain the sole open blocker.
Six role-specific decisions (Product, Architecture, Security &
Privacy, Data & Taxonomy, Compliance, and Procurement Operations)
are required before the architecture baseline can be established.
What's Next
Closing Stage 2.6 — Architecture Sign-Off
1Complete: synchronize stale references.
The acceptance record and Miro descriptions now use the exact
65-edge candidate and current validation counts.
2Complete: independent technical review.
Separate attributable external and predictive reviews examined
exact commit 64f2cd4 and reported zero blockers.
3Stakeholder approvals.
Record separate dated decisions from PGO, AGO, SPO, DTO, CPO,
and POO against the exact reviewed commit.
4Establish the architecture baseline.
Once all approvals are recorded, upgrade the Stage 2.6 decision
from CONDITIONAL_HOLD to ACCEPTED, formally establishing
PROJECT_ARCHITECTURE_BASELINE_ACCEPTED and unlocking Phase 3.
3.1Build the V1 feature inventory.
List every feature that will ship in V1, define their dependencies,
and determine what test environments each one needs.
3.2Close open technology decisions.
Formally accept, reject, or replace the five pending infrastructure
choices before features that depend on them can be approved.
