A pivotal execution week: all 5 core technology decisions are officially accepted and locked,
securing the platform's infrastructure baseline. We launched the feature admission phase,
completing the comprehensive evaluation for Identity, Tenancy, and Privacy (FEAT-AUTH-01)
with an accountable enterprise safety hold, and prepared the candidate evaluation for
Journal Storage, Replay, and Recovery (FEAT-DATA-01). The project is actively
validating foundational features against enterprise-grade security and reliability standards.
Major Milestone: Infrastructure Locked · Core Security & Storage Evaluated
Building on last week's V1 scope mapping, stakeholders formally approved Stage 3.2, locking all
five Architecture Decision Records. We immediately turned this blueprint into action: evaluating
the identity and multi-tenancy foundation (Stage 3.3) and drafting the transaction storage and
recovery engine (Stage 3.4). We enforce strict enterprise governance—features are not treated as
"live" until real enterprise identity provider connections exist, de-risking commercial deployment.

Phase Progress
Phase 2 (Scalable Architecture) is 100% complete. Phase 3 (V1 Feature Admission) is in full swing:
infrastructure decisions are locked, the identity foundation is evaluated and gated behind enterprise SSO evidence,
and the storage and recovery engine is in review.

Key Highlights
All five technology decisions officially approved by stakeholders.
The project closed Stage 3.2 by securing formal sign-off across all core infrastructure choices:
serverless edge hosting for sub-second global response, transactional SQL + object storage for immutable auditing,
asynchronous queues for heavy data jobs, and high-speed caching. This provides a rock-solid technical bedrock for all V1 features.
Disciplined AI strategy — deterministic accuracy over unverified models.
As part of the ADR-0005 decision, the team selected deterministic, auditable search for product classification and explicitly
rejected black-box AI in production. This avoids commercial hallucination liability in procurement contracts and controls infrastructure costs.
Identity, Multi-Tenancy & Privacy foundation fully evaluated (FEAT-AUTH-01).
Delivered a comprehensive, 546-line evaluation document mapping all 17 North Star gates and 19 technical axioms.
The design guarantees strict tenant isolation—ensuring enterprise buyers can never view competitor bids, supplier details, or pricing.
Intentional enterprise safety hold on Identity (COMPLETE_BLOCKED).
Rather than claiming authentication is "done" using mock data, governance locked Stage 3.3 behind a prerequisite (PRE-SEC-001)
requiring real enterprise Single Sign-On / Keycloak provider integration evidence. This prevents premature development and ensures
strict adherence to commercial cybersecurity standards.
Transaction Journal, Replay & Disaster Recovery engine authored (FEAT-DATA-01).
Advanced into Stage 3.4 by drafting the architectural evaluation for the platform's data engine.
It defines an immutable ledger that records every buyer command, price quote, and award decision, enabling 100% data replay
and rapid recovery in the event of a cloud disruption.
AI engineering toolchain upgraded for token economy and speed.
Integrated precision documentation search (Context7), AST static analysis (Fallow), and token optimization protocols.
This streamlines AI agent workflows, lowers compute overhead, and accelerates our documentation-to-code velocity.
Delivery Velocity
Accelerating cadence throughout the week: Monday polished review items, Tuesday secured official stakeholder
sign-off on all 5 ADRs, Wednesday updated developer tooling, Thursday delivered the identity admission baseline,
and Friday culminated in a 5-deliverable surge completing the identity evaluation and shipping the storage engine candidate.

Where We Stand
Infrastructure baseline is locked and approved.
All five architectural decisions (ADRs) are formal project commitments. Teams have unambiguous guidance on edge execution,
database authority, event streaming, caching, and model selection.
Enterprise security first — no cutting corners.
Identity management (FEAT-AUTH-01) is technically complete and verified. By deliberately holding its formal admission
until external enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials arrive, the project upholds enterprise-grade audit discipline.
Data resilience & auditability defined.
Stage 3.4 defines how AgriPulse will store transaction records. Every RFQ, quote, and agreement has an immutable, append-only log,
protecting both buyers and sellers while ensuring zero data loss during cloud failovers.
100% validation success with zero regressions.
All 5 deterministic validation suites (41 schemas, 25 fixtures, and 171 negative edge-case tests) passed cleanly,
confirming that new feature contracts align perfectly with domain and governance rules.
Engineering discipline before coding.
We continue to maintain our pre-code gates. By rigorously vetting feature contracts before generating code,
we avoid expensive architectural rewrites and compress our eventual development timeline.
3.4Complete Storage Admission Review.
Conduct independent architecture and governance reviews of FEAT-DATA-01 to formalize the journal storage and recovery model.
3.5Admit Sourcing Project & Procurement Workflow (FEAT-WORKFLOW-01).
Define the core buyer journey: creating sourcing projects, specifying raw agricultural requirements, managing case states, and tracking approvals.
Next — Customs & External Market Intelligence
3.6Customs & External Ingestion Admissions.
Formalize the admission criteria for capturing and normalizing customs manifests, verifying logistics, and assembling supplier compliance tags.
3.8–3.10RFQ-to-Award & Market Intelligence Admissions.
Admit negotiation workflows, sample compliance, award state machines, and public benchmark data—leading into final pre-code gate sign-off.
